Navigating the Dashboard

A tour of the main dashboard including project summary, phase progress, budget snapshot, and quick actions.

Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is your project command center. It gives you a bird's-eye view of your entire build at a glance.

**Project Summary** — Your project name, address, and current build phase
**Phase Progress** — Visual progress bar showing where you are in the construction process
**Budget Snapshot** — Total budget, amount spent, and remaining balance
**Recent Activity** — Latest changes and updates to your project
**Quick Actions** — One-click access to common tasks like logging expenses or creating draw requests

The health score gives you an at-a-glance indicator of how your project is doing across budget, schedule, and documentation.

> TIP: Check your Dashboard daily during active construction. The activity feed and health score help you catch issues early.

From the Dashboard, navigate to the Budget page to start entering your construction costs, or visit the Playbook to follow the build sequence.
