Mode B: Draw Request Packet

How to create a draw request, what documents are auto-included, and the submission checklist.

Creating a Draw Request

1. Go to the **Draws** page
2. Click **Create Draw Request**
3. Enter the draw amount and select which budget items to include
4. Review the auto-generated AIA G702/G703 forms
5. Attach progress photos
6. Verify lien waiver status for all paid subcontractors
7. Generate the PDF packet

Auto-Included Documents

OwnerDraw automatically includes:
- AIA G702 Application and Certificate for Payment
- AIA G703 Continuation Sheet (detailed breakdown)
- Budget summary with actual costs vs. estimates
- Lien waiver status report

Submission Checklist

Before submitting to your bank, verify:
- [ ] All expenses for this draw period are logged
- [ ] Lien waivers are collected from all paid subs
- [ ] Progress photos are attached
- [ ] Inspection reports are included
- [ ] Draw amounts match completed work
