Mode A: Initial Loan Approval Packet
What documents are included, how to populate required fields, and generating the packet.
What the packet contains
Generated from a complete project, the loan application packet is seven pages:
1. **Cover** — project, location, borrower, total budget, line item count, contingency percentage, number of planned draw stages, date.
2. **Owner-Builder Capability Summary** — experience, advisors table, trade management, budget and schedule management, risk mitigation.
3. **Budget Summary** — your budget by category, with budgeted, spent to date and remaining.
4. **Proposed Draw Schedule** — each stage with its item count and amount.
5. **Loan Narrative Letter** — your cover letter, as saved.
6. **Supporting Documents Checklist** — the ten items, their status and file names.
7. **Project Management Technology** — a page about OwnerDraw and your current project figures.
Pages 2, 4 and 5 appear only if you have that content — a saved capability profile, draw stages with assigned budget lines, and a saved narrative.
What it does not contain
- **No schedule of values page** and **no construction timeline page**. Your SOV grouping reaches the packet only through the draw stages; the timeline appears only as a task count. The on-screen packet card lists exactly the seven pages above, so it matches the file.
- **No uploaded files.** Plans, specifications, insurance policies and bids are listed by name on the checklist page. Send the actual documents to your lender separately.
Preparing it
1. Open **Bank Ready**.
2. Work down the **Loan Readiness Score** card until all seven rows read **Complete**.
3. Select **Generate Loan Packet PDF** — it is disabled until then.
4. Open the file and read every page before it leaves your hands.
**View Sample Packet** downloads a fixed example built from demonstration figures, not your project.
Delivering it
Downloading the packet does not send it anywhere. OwnerDraw never contacts your lender. Email it, upload it to their portal, or print it yourself.
**Verification note.** Contents above were confirmed page by page against a packet generated from synthetic data on September 15, 2026. The packet card previously advertised a schedule-of-values page and a project-timeline page; the card was corrected on September 15, 2026 to list only what the generator produces, marking the three conditional pages as conditional. No PDF section was added.
