Mode A: Initial Loan Approval Packet

What documents are included, how to populate required fields, and generating the packet.

What's Included

The initial loan approval packet contains everything your bank needs to evaluate your construction loan application:

1. **Cover Page** — Project name, address, owner information
2. **Project Summary** — Build type, square footage, timeline
3. **Construction Budget** — Complete budget with all categories and estimates
4. **Build Timeline** — Phase-by-phase schedule with estimated durations
5. **Insurance Documentation** — Builder's risk and general liability certificates

Preparing Your Packet

1. Navigate to the **Bank Ready** page
2. Ensure all required fields are complete (the Loan Readiness Score shows what's missing)
3. Upload insurance certificates if you have them
4. Click **Generate Packet**

> TIP: Banks typically want to see a detailed budget with at least 15-20 line items. A budget with only 5 generic categories looks unprofessional and may delay approval.
