Monthly Credit Refills

If you have an **active OwnerDraw subscription**, you get an automatic monthly refill of free AI credits.

How it works

**Refill amount:** up to **500 credits** per calendar month
**Cap:** your free credit balance can't exceed **1,000 credits** total — unused credits roll over up to that ceiling
**Timing:** refills happen automatically the first time you visit the app each new calendar month (it's checked lazily — no fixed clock)
**Eligibility:** you must have an **active** or **comped** subscription (or be an admin)

Example

You finish January with **300 free credits** left.
On Feb 1 you log in. The system tops you up to **500 credits** (a +200 grant is recorded).
You finish February with **820 free credits** left (heavy month, no top-up needed since you're already over 500).
On Mar 1 you log in. Your balance is over the refill amount, so no grant is added — but a "checked this month" timestamp is recorded.
