Your Subscription, Billing and AI Credits

The two OwnerDraw plans, how checkout and changes work, and how AI credits are refilled, spent and topped up.

Two separate things are paid for in OwnerDraw, and mixing them up causes most of the confusion:

  • **Your subscription** unlocks OwnerDraw itself. Chosen on the **Pricing** page, paid through
  • Stripe.
  • **AI credits** are a small separate wallet spent only when you use an AI feature. Seen and topped
  • up on the **AI Credits** page.

A subscription does not buy unlimited AI. Buying AI credits does not extend a subscription.

Your subscription

Both plans include the same features. The difference is how you pay.

| **Full Build Pass** | $599 once | Covers your whole build for up to 15 months |

If a build runs past 15 months on the Full Build Pass, an Overrun Extension continues at $79 per
month. Banker and partner seats are included, and there is no per-project fee.

*Builder note:* the crossover is around month eight. Past that, the Full Build Pass is the cheaper
route.

Start here

1. Open **Pricing** (in the footer, or the top-right menu on a public page).
2. Choose **Monthly** or the **Full Build Pass**.
3. You are taken to Stripe's secure checkout. Enter your card there.
4. When checkout succeeds you are returned to OwnerDraw and your access is enabled automatically.
5. Not signed in yet? You are asked to create the account first, then taken to checkout.

Changing or ending a subscription

Be aware of what is not in the app yet: **there is no billing screen, no invoice list, no saved-card
editor and no self-service cancel**. Payments, receipts and card details live with Stripe. Nothing
about your card number is stored in OwnerDraw.

Your access reflects your subscription's state — active, in trial, or comped by an administrator —
and ends when it lapses or its cover date passes. Your project data is not deleted when access
lapses.

AI credits

Open **AI Credits** from the top-right menu. AI features draw on this wallet.

| **Purchased** | Credits you bought. These never expire |

What things cost

Longer or heavier requests, such as generating a loan narrative letter, use more. The exact charge
for every request is listed under **Recent activity**, so you can always see where credits went.

How the free monthly credits work

  • You need an **active subscription** (or an administrator comp) to receive them.
  • At the start of each calendar month your free balance is **topped up to 500** — you are not given
  • 500 on top of what you had. Finish the month with 300 and you are brought back up to 500.
  • Unused free credits roll over, up to a **1,000 credit ceiling**.
  • The top-up happens the first time you open the app in a new month, not on a fixed clock. If the
  • number looks stale, reload the page.
  • Without a subscription you get no monthly credits, but you can still buy packs.

Buying more

1. On **AI Credits**, under **Buy more credits**, choose a pack:

2. You go to Stripe checkout, pay, and come back to OwnerDraw.
3. You see **Purchase complete** and the balance updates within a few seconds. The page refreshes
itself a few times to catch it — if it lags, reload.
4. Cancel at checkout and nothing is charged.

Free credits are spent before purchased ones, so what you paid for lasts. Purchased credits never
expire, and they are not refundable.

What do I do next?

Common questions

**Does my subscription include AI?**
It includes a monthly allowance of free credits topped up to 500. Beyond that you buy packs.

**Do unused credits disappear?**
Purchased credits never expire. Free credits roll over up to 1,000, and the monthly top-up brings
you back to 500 rather than stacking.

**Can I cancel in the app?**
Not today. Contact support to cancel.

**Where are my invoices?**
In the receipts Stripe emails you. There is no invoice page in OwnerDraw yet.

**Do my team members need their own subscription?**
No. Banker and partner seats are included with your plan.

**Is there a refund on credits or plans?**
Purchased credits are not refundable. For anything about a payment, contact support.
